Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before enrolling in any Codemug course.
Important Refund Notice
There is a strict no refund & no cancellation policy. You are entitled to a refund only if the course has not been allotted to you after payment. Once your case has been verified, an eligible refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Window
Eligible LIVE Class refund requests must generally be submitted within 5–7 days of enrollment if course not alloted.
Non-Refundable
Discounted Live class/promotional Live class courses and recorded lectures are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 5–7 days of course enrollment for LIVE Class non-discounted courses only. Recorded Lectures are not applicable.
- Refunds apply only to courses purchased directly from Codemug for eligible LIVE Courses.
- Promotional, discounted courses and Recorded Lectures are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Course material has been accessed or downloaded.
- Refund request is made after the applicable 5–7 day window.
- Enrollment was made through a third-party partner or reseller.
- Certification fees, registration charges and one-time setup charges of ₹10,000 are non-refundable.

Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy
- LIVE Class enrollment may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided less than 5% of the course content has been accessed.
- Once a course has been fully accessed or completed, cancellation or refund is not possible.

Codemug reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the updated Last Revised date.
