Refund Policy

At Codemug, an authorized e-learning platform of Shiva Concept Solution, we strive to provide the best learning experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course enrollment.
The course must not be completed more than 20% of its content.
Refunds apply only to courses purchased directly from Codemug.
Any promotional or discounted courses are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

If you have accessed or downloaded course material beyond 20%.
If the request is made after the 7-day window.
If you enrolled through a third-party partner or reseller (please contact them directly).
Certification fees, registration charges, and one-time setup charges are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Your full name
Registered email address
Course name
Reason for refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund (if less than 5% content accessed).
Once a course has been fully accessed or completed, cancellation or refund is not possible.
